Production Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the current team by offering guidance, training and encouragement. You will be supervising and evaluating the performance of the production to make sure jobs are completed in the timeframe specified by the clients. You will have a background in the automotive space and able to approve maintenance work and give constructive feedback and praise.

Proven experience of working in a Production Manager role
Understanding of quality assurance, standards and health and safety
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organisation and leadership skills
