Production Leader

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

You will oversee day-to-day production and be responsible for a team of up to 20 Production Operators, which involves training and hands-on leadership on the production line. This role also has a strong element of staff mentorship, encouraging your teams' development, performance, and engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting targets and maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and GMP. You will be working 4 days on / 3 days off on 12-hour shifts which includes shift hand-over.

Production leadership experience in the food manufacturing industry
Report writing and organisational skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with all departments and levels (operators through to senior management)
Positive attitude and ability to motivate, train and develop staff
Continuous improvement, planning, and analytical skills
A relevant formal qualification will be advantageous
