Real growth.We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead to keep our systems flowing and our builds on point – so every unit we ship is safe, on time, and ready to perform in the field.The RoleThis is not a desk-bound job or a top-down leadership gig.
You'll be on the floor – guiding, planning, unblocking – and helping build a production function that can scale with the business.You'll be the bridge between innovation and delivery.
From build issues to scheduling, stock flow to SOPs, you'll keep production humming while collaborating closely with R&D and operations.
You'll shape systems as they form and help create the conditions for your team to do their best work.Every charger that leaves the floor helps electrify buses, trucks and depots across Aotearoa and beyond.
It's fast-moving, meaningful work – and you won't be doing it alone.What We're Looking ForYou might be a registered Industrial Electrician with team leadership experience, or a production pro from a manufacturing or mechanical background.
Either way, you've led people, planned workflow, and brought calm to the chaos of a fast-paced shop floor.You value quality and momentum.
