We are looking for Production Engineer, with strong knowledge in planning and production flow in precast concreting. Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will drive continuous improvement and industry best practice within our new manufacturing site in Pokeno.

Key responsibilities includes:

Following up in advance that drawings contain relevant information
Confirming the production and project plan is regularly achieved
Ensuring materials, moulds, accessories, plant and machinery are readily available
Achieving the daily and weekly manufacturing plans
Monitoring product specification, inspection and testing plans
Ensuring concrete mix, cover, dimensions, reinforcement are done in timely manner
Liaising with Production Managers and Supervisors to follow up quality procedures

Safeguarding mould allocation, all materials are able to meet the production plan
Liaising with project/contract stakeholders confirming the timely delivery of projects

Personal attributes:

Ideally 2 years' experience manufacturing precast/production environment
Good knowledge of maintaining health & safety processes and compliance
Engineering qualification in a related field
Background in process management and continuous improvement
Methodical and systematic approach to solving problems
Experience in Standard Workshop Engineering practice
Well-developed report writing and editing skills
Excellent MS Office Skills
Outstanding relationship management
