We are seeking an outstanding Production and Workflow Co-ordinator to become part of our Creative Services team. We are looking for someone with a drive to provide amazing customer service, someone who keeps lists for lists and colour codes them both. Someone who has a passion for creativity and design, but above all, someone who has a great love for New Zealand.
The Creative Services Team works on a huge range of projects, no one day will be the same. You will be the key link between our team and the wider Department, our customers. Maintaining relationships, understanding customers' needs and ensuring all work is fit-for-purpose will be your mission. Your top of mind issues will be:
Ensuring our customers are happy
Workflow through the team is efficient and the right stuff is getting done
The team is happy and focused on work
Desired skills and experience:
past or current role(s) in the creative industry
several years' experience in a creative account management role or similar
hands-on experience managing large projects with multiple deliverables
exceptional planning and time management skills
a love of design and creativity
a high level of communication skills
a proven ability to build strong relationships
an acute attention to detail
ability to solve any problem thrown your way
ability to multitask and prioritise tasks, in a sometimes high pressure environment
experience in print production
experience with the Adobe Creative suite (particularly InDesign) is a bonus
Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
