You will work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the product/s meet business requirements and deliver optimal performance.There will be variety of products to work with, and we need someone to help us take full advantage of the products available to support business delivery across the Commission's work programme. This will include development/enhancement of products currently in use, implementation of new services, change management, advice and training and general technical support for the full product range.About youYou'll be confident managing system capabilities across various channels and can lead a product roadmap while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
