About The Role
Being an integral part of the businesses Wealth Management portfolio, you will report directly into the Head of Kiwisaver. You will support the Senior Product Manager in the delivery and development of the product strategy to meet the businesses objectives.
Having a keen eye for detail, you will identify the needs of the business and optimise the best plan of action through delivering recommendations and change across the business.
This role is tasked to increase customer lifetime value and customer numbers along with NPS score.
There is a project ready to go as soon as you start regarding new customer comms!
A big part of this role is managing risk and compliance in your role as you’d expect.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract role
You will be responsible for:
Developing, leading and delivering customer facing initiatives including product collateral
Incorporating customer proposition into segment offers
Developing an on-going program to build and develop customer lifetime value. Establishing a plan of action for the business product offering to meet the regulatory and board requirement
Managing stakeholders globally to challenge and influence them of the forthcoming changes
Provide support, insights and recommendations to various teams throughout the organization
Ensure internal teams, products and other stakeholders adhere to compliance.
This is a busy time for the team and there is the opportunity for you to step in and prove yourself within the business very quickly.

About You
You’ll have previous experience within product with a well-rounded understanding of product development and strategy. Through having a keen eye for detail, you will be very organized to meet strict deadlines for the business through providing first class work.
You will have worked on TTL marketing and have key attention to detail with CRM systems on email/letters as a channel
You will have a strategic mind who loves problem solving. Given this role is focused around compliance and ensuring the business adapts to changes in regulation you will be a strong communicator and influencer, working with an array of stakeholders across the business.
You will be available to start work ASAP!!
