Due to the organisation's continued growth, they are seeking to bring in an experienced and dynamic Procurement/Sourcing Manager to drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and ensure optimal cost, quality and efficiency.
The role can be located in Christchurch or the wider Canterbury region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies for meat sourcingManage supplier negotiations and contracts to ensure best valueMonitor market trends and ensure a robust supply chainCollaborate with internal teams to optimise sourcing processesEnsure compliance with food safety and industry regulationsThe role will require significant travel by car, with around 80% of your time spent travelling to suppliers and various sites.
