Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Specialist within Orion you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one. Sitting within the Commercial team you will work closely with Legal and Finance, assessing supplier relationships globally looking to maximize efficiencies and reduce risk.
You will be sourcing and managing suppliers, often on an international basis, negotiating and managing contracts and building relationships with both suppliers and key internal stakeholders. As a key part of your role you will undertake supplier assessments, reviewing current suppliers and analyzing spend to search for opportunities to drive down costs globally.
About you:
You have proven experience in purchasing and procurement with knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems along with working knowledge of laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts.
You have a strong inquisitive mind and the resilience and desire to get things done.
You are keen to embark on a role where your results will be visible across the business.
With a strong background in purchasing, you understand the importance of analysis for cost management and have the commercial acumen to do this.
You have excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
