Following a period of significant growth, we are currently looking to appoint the following important role into our Operations team:
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

Alaron Products is now looking to appoint a person into the role of Process Improvement Manager. Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, this full-time position will be primarily focused on the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Manufacturing operation.
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Strong understanding of continuous improvement concepts
Ability to facilitate and lead projects related to process and continuous improvement initiatives
Sound analytical skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Demonstrated ability to break down processes and systems to simplify outcomes whilst not undermining commercial or quality assurance objectives
Possess demonstrated technical acumen relevant to the position
Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data bases.
