We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional forward-thinking banker with extensive lending experience to join our team as a Private Banker. As an experienced, highly regarded and well-networked Private Banker, your primary focus in this role is to develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth clients. You will partner with your clients to provide comprehensive banking solutions to meet their immediate and future banking needs and work closely with our Private Bankers team across the country to make a meaningful contribution to the future growth of Private Bank.
What you'll do:
Join an experienced team of Private Bankers committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients
Bring your strong technical lending and relationship management skills to deliver outstanding individual performance and contribute to an excellent team performance
Provide holistic banking solutions and products that include core banking, core investments, lending and foreign currency
Provide guidance and advice on investment options, and working closely with our internal networks to achieve the best solutions to meet the needs of our clients
Develop and maintain a strong network of market advocates and referral sources
Be a professional self-motivated Private Banker, utilising your strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve

What you'll bring:
Curiosity and open mindedness, with a genuine interest in listening to our clients' goals and objectives
Strong relationship skills and experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and their families
A proven track record of high performance with demonstrated ability to easily build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and networks
Recognised experience advising on core bank products and lending an advantage
The ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and change within a growing and dynamic Private Bank environment
An interest to grow and develop your career
An AFA qualification is not essential
