You'll champion best practices in analytical tradecraft, help evolve our Intelligence frameworks, and mentor others to build capability across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:Leading the development of Intelligence productsApplying advanced analytical and assessment techniquesManaging key relationships with stakeholdersGuiding the development of Intelligence frameworks, processes, tools and guidanceCoaching and supporting others and involvement in communities of practiceYou will find out more about the role here.We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $131,659 and $175,545 commensurate to skills and experience.Ko koe tenei | About youTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will BringProven Intelligence product leadership experienceExperience guiding the development of Intelligence systems and processesConsiderable breadth of experience as an Intelligence practitionerExcellent organisational and self-starting skillsStrong credibility as a member of the NZ Intelligence CommunityThe Following Would Also Be An AdvantageA relevant qualificationFormal Intelligence training/experienceKnowledge of the Land Transport System and/or regulationA security clearance is required, to at least Secret level.
It is expected the holder of this roe will be privy to classified information from time to time and understands the New Zealand governments classification system and how to maintain information in line with current policies and requirements.
