Franc's is looking for our next joybringer - a keen Full Time Prep/Breakfast Chef who is ready to lend a hand to our team of skilled chefs! If you’re interested in working in a busy commercial kitchen, this could be the best place to start - many experienced chefs (including some of our own) worked as prep chefs as they learned the ropes and absorbed the wealth of knowledge that the team around them offered. You’ll like the idea of working in an energetic, fast-paced and social environment and experiencing the day-to-day operations of a successful kitchen. We are looking for someone who:
Is available for early morning starts, Monday to Friday.
Has great knife skills.
Can work alone to a prep list.
Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Super reliable with a strong work ethic.
2-3 years experience in the kitchen (not necessarily qualified)
