About the Role
As the Practices Coach you will build sustainable capability, by coaching teams to help our delivery capability be world class in terms of principles, practices and tools. This will be done through a mash up of agile, product management, lean and design thinking practices which includes:
Working with the teams, peers, key stakeholders and Practices Manager to determine a delivery strategy for an aligned area, and then to operationalise this within the teams, taking a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring on a 1:1 and team basis.
Leveraging a wide range of management processes and methodologies in order to provide value to the teams/enterprise
Facilitating workshops, courses, strategy meetings and conversations to help uplift capability and solve problems
Leading, supporting and delivering key initiatives with the Practices team to build and strengthen the capability
Continuing to build on the "continuous improvement" attitude and focus within the teams
Establishing and maintaining relevant metrics and communicating on key deliverables and milestones
Ensuring cross-value stream awareness and collaboration

About You
Alongside your excellent communication skills, you will have proven customer centric thinking with a passion for delivering stunning customer outcomes. You will have:
Experience of agile frameworks and approaches (e.g. Scrum and Kanban) in a complex environment.
Knowledge and experience of practices and techniques and for identifying, defining, communicating, and delivering customer value.
Excellent written and spoken English
Passion for identifying issues that are inhibiting team optimization, and applying Kaizen, Lean, Agile and other tools in a pragmatic, values driven manner to resolve issues.
High levels of business acumen and a wide range of supporting tool sets that can be applied to a variety of situations to ensure the ongoing evolution of the business and development practices
Proven effectiveness across the range of teaching, facilitation, coaching and mentoring
Deep understanding of organizational change and proven ability to successfully lead change
