About the business
Having been around for over 100 years, Little London Medical Clinic is the longest established GP practice in Hamilton! And we have recently extended our reach to operating a student health clinic at Activate Training College in Hamilton East.(see our websites at littlelondonmedicalclinic.nz and activatehealth.nz)
As a family-centred practice we value people and understand that visiting the doctor can be a stressful part of life, so we pride ourselves in making our patients' visits as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

We have 4 GPs on the team and a hard-working family of nursing and admin staff. We are committed to continuous quality assurance, which is why we are excited to offer this opportunity for an experienced practice nurse to come and join our team.

About the role
You'll be using your excellent nursing skills to plan and provide great nursing care to our family of patients, many of whom are 3rd or 4th generation with us. You will work closely with our GPs to ensure our patients receive timely, skilled intervention and on-going health promotion and support.

Skills and experience
Registered with NZ Council of Nurses
Must have 1-2 years experience as a practice nurse or other relevant experience.
Initiative - ability see what needs to be done and do it.
High level of documentation skills and commitment to quality.
Independent Vaccinator.
Smear taker.
B4School assessor preferred.
