The role
This role will see you balancing both the business needs of the organisation as well as your team's individual skills and capabilities. You will be responsible for team leadership, career direction & development and performance management of the team, playing a pivotal part in ensuring all areas are enabled to effectively deliver their core functions. You will set up the practice, including frameworks, methodologies and training for future development.
Teams will mostly be less than 12 and will include managing teams of Engineers, Senior Engineers, Test & Automation Engineers, Product Designers, Product Analysts and Solution Designers.

Your leadership, vision and creativity will ensure that the Portfolio's technology environment meets the needs of the overall business.
