Power Bi Developer

Greetings to all.In the role of Power BI Developer you will engage with the business and develop Power Business Intelligence reports to deliver business insights. As a valued member of the Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for documenting, planning, designing and developing BI solutions.What will I be doing?Translating business requirements to develop reports that present information in a visual way that is easily interpreted by stakeholdersBringing together data from disparate sources and working with unstructured data to provide meaningful, user friendly outputsDeveloping and delivering Power BI reports as per business and governance timelinesManaging the suite of Power BI reports and ensuring it is evolving based on business needs, particularly as it relates to changes driven by future strategy and key projectsExperience in ensuring data protection, governance and privacy measures are in place and appropriate as it relates to the use of dataBuilding capability across the broader customer and operations business unit to mature the way in which data is captured and used for decision makingWork closely with key projects to understand future datalakes and data modelling requirementsWhat will I bring?Demonstrated experience in a role using Power BI to develop insights based reporting in a resalable and scalable way, ideally within a complex contact centre or operations environmentProven experience in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing projectsSubstantial experience and familiarity with MS business intelligence stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSISSignificant experience with technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development and data modelling - including designing, creating and deploying reports, dashboards and models.Extensive knowledge of Business Object tools and methodologies, including designing, creating and deploying Webi Reports and BO UniversesExcellent written communication, analytical and numeric skillsPreferably a recognised tertiary qualification in Information Systems, computer science or relevant business and industry experienceMe mahi tahi tatou mo te oranga o te katoa.
