Portfolio Manager - Part Time - Wellington

We are looking for a new Portfolio Manager. This role will involve: Receiving, acknowledging and reconciling invoices, bank statements, loan, taxes and other financial documents Office admin and marketing work Managing Social Media Executive Assistant work Coordinate and correspond with our vendors, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders Extensively use Google Drive/Dropbox to store and index documents accordingly. Archive related documents (Soft copies and digitally) for easy retrieval and audits. Create Training and Development Documentation You will be doing some cleaning, setting up and gardening on some rental properties. You will be doing some property Management
We urgently need an accountant who is experienced in Xero, Myob, Microsoft Suite and will quickly learn our financial control processes. Basic understanding of portfolio/programme/project management would be appreciated. If you are confident and have a can-do attitude we want to hear from you!!!
