So, we're on the lookout for a fun-loving, organised, and efficient coordinator-extraordinaire to cover the position in the meantime.

To help bring these playgrounds to life, we're looking for an organiser extraordinaire who can support the business with playground installation processes and health and safety procedures.ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for:Scheduling and coordinating playground installations alongside our Senior Project Manager.Working within and maintaining our company systems – SimPRO, Google Suite, and Site App Pro.Communicating in a warm and friendly manner with our clients and customers from the first point of sale to the completed job.Ensuring all follow-up checks are scheduled and completed.Ordering equipment in a timely manner.Ensuring site job folders are ready for the installation teams, including all H&S, design plans, and installation information.Ensuring final documentation is completed and issued in a timely manner.Ensuring all processes are followed through the installation process right through to completion and handover to client.Managing staff training and ensuring all refresher courses are completed on time.Booking staff travel and accommodation.Managing our vehicle fleet.Coordinating staff events and team updates.Keeping the office and company running smoothly.Communicating with the management team.Skills and ExperienceAside from your ability to juggle tasks effortlessly, you'll also have:Good time management skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and an understanding of the importance of working to deadlines.A great sense of humour, the ability to think for yourself, and the knowledge of what it takes to be a great team player.A can-do attitude to all duties and responsibilities, with high standards of delivery and a desire for perfection.The humility to take instruction and the respect to serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests at all times.Adherence to, and a commitment to, Health and Safety at Work, looking out for the safety of others in the workplace.A valid and clean NZ Driver's License.Due to the nature of our clients, the successful applicant will need to pass a police vetting process and may need to undergo drug testing.
