We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Build and maintain the Salesforce and Coveo platform roadmaps, as well as other 3rd party Salesforce applications, incorporating key releases, product updates, feature requests, technical debt and best practice improvements.
Manage delivery, refine and manage the backlog and work closely with the Salesforce Platform Team to prioritize and deliver successfully on platform initiatives, enhancements and support.
Enable and manage a successful platform as a service to our Xero stakeholders using Salesforce, Coveo and other 3rd party Salesforce applications.
Own the operational measurement and reporting of the platforms, demonstrating proactive platform usage, health and performance.
Coordinate platform initiatives across engineering and product teams, providing ongoing insight and visibility of progress, risks and timelines.
Form strong, positive working relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders. Maintain clear communication channels to share relevant and valuable information.
Create space and opportunity for disruptive thinking and innovation for you and your team, challenging (respectfully) your stakeholders and Xero to change the game where there is significant upside.
5+ years hands-on experience in a Salesforce platform management or enterprise-level platform management role.
Ideally, proven experience advocating for/evangelising a product or service with customers and stakeholders.
Experience applying structured prioritisation methods to competing courses of work.
Experience with software development lifecycles including deployment tools and processes - GitHub and Jenkins.
Experience with some of our specific technology would be beneficial -- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning Knowledge, ASP.NET , MVC sites and APIs, or Lambdas (Node and C#).
Experience working within an agile / lean environment and driving consistent results.
Experience with Coveo and/or other Salesforce 3rd party applications.
Salesforce certifications beneficial
