Plant Operator

We are the leading manufacturer of bagged concrete, mortar, concrete additives and waterproofing products. We are seeking a proactive and highly self-motivated professional to join our team based at Onehunga.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting up machines, operating, troubleshooting and some basic maintenance. It is preferable that you will have some experience in production and/or machine operating within a manufacturing environment and have some maintenance experience (preferably engineering graduate but not necessary as full training will be provided).
You are excellent with following standard operating procedures and have experience in continuous improvement programs. You have good problem solving and communication skills, attention to detail and a team player. Someone who enjoys continuous improvement and has a passion for safety first and quality will be the ideal candidate for this position.
