Plant Manager - Masonry

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Located at our Masonry Manufacturing Plant in Whangarei. you will be responsible to successfully oversee, manage, and maintain Firth's operational activities to achieve the plant's planned operational performance, consistent with Firth's core strategies, policies, procedures, and processes. Ensuring the team's adherence to Firth EHS policies and procedures in all work areas is critical. This is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can focus on developing their team, improving systems and processes all whilst maintaining a safe environment.

Prior experience and a proven understanding of core manufacturing processes, quality control, and leading production staff are essential. You'll also need to have good problem-solving skills, be cognisant of the bottom line of the business, and reducing wastage. Your ability to engage with your internal and external stakeholders will prove vital. Flexibility is a must; the concrete industry is constantly developing, and you'll need to manage the requirements of our customers.
