About the Role:
The Planning & Optimisation Analyst role is an interactive, key position engaging with multiple stakeholders and all business unit managers across in the company. You will manage projects and system implementation to enhance capability and data intelligence for the future state of the business.
The role will involve review of current state processes, through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, task and workflow analysis. Interpret customer needs and translate them into application. The role will evolve over time to redesign a configuration that standardises key services. Digitalise workflow, fill in the gaps to raise performance capability and cost efficiencies.
About You:
Have a tertiary degree in Supply Chain or Commerce
Business analyst experience preferred
Experience in transport and logistics industry
Strong critical analysis/cost modelling abilities
Strong reporting skills and structured approach to presenting insights
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Take ownership to drive ideas and change with the team
Independent learner, nimble and resilient
Thrive in a collaborative environment
Skilled in Excel
