Planner Resource Management Planning Consultant

Terramark is an established surveying, land engineering, and resource management planning consultancy with offices in Dunedin, Mosgiel, and Balclutha. Terramark provides professional survey and planning service for both private clients and Councils through a range of subdivision development and land use activities. Terramark is more than a survey company – we are engaged in a broad range of consenting activities such as tourist ventures in landscape conservation areas, repurposing heritage buildings, multi-unit developments, mining and industrial activities, water permits, and policy development. Alternatively, if you have expertise in Farm Environmental Management Plans, we are keen to hear from you. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients is the core of our business philosophy.
