Successful candidates should enjoy working in fast-paced environments and strive to succeed.Responsibilities will include: Develop, execute, and manage Oracle PL/SQL as well as T-SQL stored program units such as a procedures, functions, packages and database triggersParticipate in various projects and new initiatives.
Act as a technical resource with Oracle Server and / or SQL Server, as well as performing duties such as requirements documentation, mapping and program logic, designing solutions, testing and implementationUnderstand and interpret customer requirements and develop solutions to meet theseDevelop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic and flowchartsDesign and development of software using primarily PL/SQL batch processingLearn and master database schema of complex third-party enterprise applicationsTo be successful you will need: Possess expert knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with proficiency in algorithm designTo understand Oracle and / or SQL database administration tasks, and be able to support database maintenance and tuningThe ability to follow software development best practices for code control & environment migrationsAn understanding of data warehousing & ETL conceptsExcellent and concise written & oral communication skillsEnjoy solving challenging problemsTo find out more APPLY NOW or call Bryn on 0277528464
