Picker/Packer

This is ongoing, part-time work available for the shifts starting at 10am on Thursday and 6pm Thursday, and also 10am on Friday morning. Please don't apply if you're not available to work at these times.
As the workload is demand driven, the shift timings are not fixed and additional hours may also be required from the team-members.
The roles are based in a temperature controlled environment - that means it's cold! This is necessary to keep the produce in great condition for the end-user - you will help in this too by handling the product with care and attention.
Careful handling of a variety of packaged foodstuff is the main function of this job - including meat, meat products and fish. If you are not comfortable with the handling of all foodstuffs, please do not apply, as we need complete flexibility with the team members working.
Although previous experience in a pick/pack operation is preferred, training will be provided to candidates who exhibit the right characteristics - particularly a strong, "can-do" attitude.
