We currently have a full-time position available for an experienced Physiotherapist to be based in our Early Discharge and Rehabilitation Service (EDARS) team based on the North Shore. The EDARS Service delivers an evidenced based model of care and improves patient flow by earlier hospital discharge. Individually prescribed rehabilitation is provided based on the client's specific needs and goals and in their home environment.
There is a strong interdisciplinary approach in the EDARS team to get the best rehabilitation and Quality of Life outcomes for the people we serve.
Be part of a new service that focuses on providing a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated home-based intensive rehabilitation service for older people in the Waitemata community.
As aNZ Registered Physiotherapist, you enjoy working with all age ranges and in particular older adults. You are committed to providing excellent service and continuous quality improvement, and have excellent written and verbal communication, time management and prioritisation skills.
If successful you will work within an interdisciplinary team, to enable our elderly patients to return to their own homes to continue their rehab journey.
