About you
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or senior physiotherapist to join our inpatient Allied Health team working in our Internal Medicine and acute wards. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the drive to develop quality services in collaboration with others while working alongside a committed inter-professional team of health professionals.
We seek a clinician who is able to work autonomously in a variety of inpatient settings. You will be proficient at managing and prioritising a caseload within the inpatient setting and show dedication to developing your own skills while supporting the growth of students, junior staff and the Allied Health Assistant workforce.
About the role - what’s in it for me?
The position is based in our Acute inpatient wards and involves participation in our weekend and on-call services.
We take pride in supporting our staff to grow as clinicians, so we run a well-developed on-going support and professional development programme. The team provides regular in-services, senior staff mentoring and peer review, a comprehensive on-call competency training framework and access to course and conference funding.
