The hours for this Pharmacy Manager position are 40 hour per week.
Lead the Pharmacy team to success! In this community focused role as a Pharmacy Manager you could expect to be:
Managing the Pharmacy and Pharmacy team during day to day operations as well strategic planning
Ensuring statutory and professional requirements are compliant with Ministry of Health requirements
Rostering, merchandising & ordering of stock and stocktaking
Acting as the charge Pharmacist when the Pharmacist is absent
Championing Occupational Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors
As a member of our Bayfair Pharmacy team we are looking for our new Pharmacy Manager to have:
A current Pharmacy Annual Practicing Certificate and previous leadership experience in a Pharmacy environment
The ability to recruit, train, develop and mentor team members within the Pharmacy
A passion for people by ensuring a team and customer first approach
Strong relationship skills and an organised nature
A passion for counselling customers and finding the right pharmaceutical solution for them
