How will I help?
As a Personal Manager you will be responsible for retention, growth and the management of our high value current and potential customer portfolios. Supporting the Bank Manager, the Personal Manager is a senior member of the team who will assist and drive our business strategy forward.
Your goal as a Personal Manager will be to build quality relationships and offer tailored solutions by motivating our customers to achieve their financial goals.

What do I need?
CAL1+ PM Learning Framework
Strong understanding of credit and lending principles as well as the local business environment
Ability to promote a professional image within and outside of the bank
Knowledge of business and retail lending and products
Strong relationship management skills
