This role provides effective and efficient professional support and covers the full range of organisational and administrative duties including diary and inbox management, document and financial management, meeting co-ordination and correspondence, general support and administration. There is a large requirement to oversee the responses to customer complaints and other requests are handled in a sensitive and timely manner.
What will you bring to the role.
You'll have a positive 'can-do' attitude and thrive in a busy environment where you will be working as part of a team. You will need to have strong experience in Business Support and/or being a Personal Assistant and well developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive working partnerships across the organisation.
We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
a high level of common sense, nous and initiative, with the ability to take on responsibility and work autonomously
confidence with compiling and presenting data, attention to detail and fastidious data entry accuracy
a strong command of written English with exemplary grammar. Quality written output and presentation is critical for this position
demonstrated experience and ability in the use of Microsoft Office suite
