We have an exciting full-time opportunity with plenty of responsibility for an energetic and intelligent Personal Assistant to support our busy Operations Director
About the role
As PA to the Operations Director, Lower North Island, you will be focused on providing one-on-one support and have the ability to step into some project-based work occasionally. You will need to be a smart, tech-savvy operator with strong prioritisation, warm communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people to ensure our Operations Director is well supported to operate successfully in their role.
Key responsibilities of this position are:
Providing administrative support including diary management, email management, planning and event management
Preparing documentation including presentations, reports and briefings
Establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders externally and within DOC
Taking notes and meeting minutes
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes and competencies:
Proven aptitude for the PA role
Initiative and thoughtfulness
Knowledge and understanding of government is helpful but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
Expertise in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
