A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team at the Hawke's Bay DHB. This position will provide vital support the Service Director, Operations as well as the wider team in the Operations Directorate.
You'll support directly two members of our Leadership Team, while reporting directly to the Service Director.
To be successful in this role you'll be someone who is always thinking one step ahead, has an impeccable eye for detail and naturally builds strong professional relationships. You'll be able to communicate with all levels of the organisation while working with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Your ability to prioritise work flow is critical to perform in this position! In addition, we're looking for someone who;
Is achievement focused, proactive, highly reliable and be able to use initiative.
Has outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Has a savvy business acumen with problem solving and decision making skills.
Loves reports and presentations, and is an advanced user of Office products - including being turn meeting minutes and notes into quality documents.
Is a master multitasker with a calm presence when the going get's tough!
