Based out of our modern offices in the Auckland CBD, we provide support to our practice network all over New Zealand - and as our PA & Office Manager, you'll be the glue that holds it all together.
About the role
In this multi-faceted role, you'll be:
About you
With demonstrated experience in a similar multi-stakeholder administration role, you're calm under pressure and well versed in working to deadlines with competing priorities.
You communicate professionally in a naturally warm, approachable and friendly way, and your strong computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office products) ensure you'll easily be able to assist with creating polished documentation such as reports and minutes.
This is an exciting time of change at Lumino, so needless to say, you're flexible, resilient and willing to help with any task required while keeping a smile. You're equally happy working autonomously and jumping in to assist other teams where needed. You're driven by your customer, and pride yourself on your ability to anticipate needs, make lives easier and constantly improve the way we do things.
