The role:
To provide secretarial and organisational support to the Chief Executive Office, Board of Directors and other Management Staff. This position is an integral role responsible for a range of functions supporting senior management along with ensuring a smooth-running office.
Some key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive email, diary and travel management.

Attend meeting and conferences as required, including minute taking.

Prepare presentations and proposals for meetings, proof reports and documents as required.

Office management and general administration including filing, stationary and office supply orders.

Act as first point of contact for queries - screen, redirect and action incoming matters, following up where required.

The organising of events and functions.

Coordinate the website development and management by liaising with the developers and ensure content is updated and relevant.

Coordinate newsletters and mailout.

You will have:
Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Advanced MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A strong commitment to attention to detail and focused on quality

The ability to anticipate needs, self-manage and work under pressure at busy times

Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels

The ability to apply discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
