ABOUT THE ROLE
If you are an organised individual with excellent administration skills and experience supporting a team this interesting and varied role could be for you. The Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management is seeking a customer focused Personal Assistant/ Administrator to provide PA support to the Clinical Director and the senior team, and to the wider service as directed. We require someone who can be relied upon to get the job done.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant and frontline administration role, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and produce high quality work. Your multi-tasking and prioritisation skills are going to come in handy. You will be a team player and able to juggle changing priorities. You will be experienced in minute taking. Knowledge of the health sector is desirable although not essential.
Part time hours are 4 x 8 hour days (Exact days to be negotiated).

The Mental Health, Addiction and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) spans three DHBs - Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast DHB's and includes local, regional, and national services. The local MHAIDS services are provided from multiple sites within the 3DHB sub-region - greater Wellington, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa.
