Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized person with great IT and communication skills to fill the role of PA to a local business owner with a busy schedule and multiple businesses on the go. You must be flexible as you may be required to work across aspects of all three businesses; Hop on Hop off Wine Tours, Escape to Picton Boutique Hotel and Restaurant and The Gables B&B. This role requires someone with a very good grasp of the English language, both written and spoken. The position will require you to work closely with your boss, who will need you to be able to multi-task at an extremely efficient level as things are always busy around here. A university level degree (or at least 5 years’ proven work experience) is a MUST. A NZ resident or have a valid work visa (if not from New Zealand) is a MUST. High school (or above) level of written & spoken English is a MUST.
