Here at Nelson Marlborough Health, we are looking for an extraordinary PA to proactively support, and work alongside our Service Manager - Women, Child & Youth (WCY) and Associate Director of Nursing/Operations Manager (ADON/OM) - Wairau Hospital. You will be based at the Wairau Hospital campus and will engage daily with our people at every level of the organisation.
Key requirements for this position include:
An experienced and positive outlook with a real desire to help people;
Advanced organisational and planning ability;
Strong multi-tasking and project management skills;
Ability to remain calm in high demand situations;
Proven experience of minute taking, diary management;
Ability to exercise appropriate initiative and a proactive approach;
A willingness to be flexible, innovative and undertake other duties as required;
Empathy and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
