This is a permanent, full time position based at our new offices at 604 Great South Rd, Ellerslie.You will be supporting a manager who is driven, fair and adopts values based principles. This support role truly adds value and make a difference to the lives and communities in New Zealand.You will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Trust Board (RTB) and the wider team.Key responsibilities include:Diary and email management, meeting preparation and travel arrangementsProvide secretariat services to the RTB and its various sub-committeesAdministrative support to the activities of the region through the RTB, General Manager and other Senior ManagersAssist with report compilation - draft and format in a timely mannerDeveloping strong relationships with internal and external partnersIn the event of an emergency some after hours support may be requiredTaking initiative and thinking aheadKeeping your sense of humour!We are looking for a positive and can-do attitude! Superior communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills. You will need to be highly competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with the interest and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
