The purpose of the Personal Assistant role is to ensure the effective use of a manager’s time in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. The key responsibilities are to provide outstanding administrative and secretarial support through email tracking, diary management, meeting minutes, coordination of team reporting, etc. Strong computer skills, an ability to learn quickly and build relationships are crucial to success in the role.

With an eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a confidential approach to your work, your communication skills across all channels will be evidently outstanding, and you’ll demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to work that’s supported by strong judgement and decision making capabilities. You will ideally have some sort of finance experience but not essential.
