The role of Personal Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the CEO with day to day tasks, administration and being their right-hand person.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Ensure the CEOs day operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively
Diary, email and travel management
Prepare meetings, take minutes
Project work
Office Management
General 'go to' person for all queries
Preparation of presentations, reports and documents
Records management
Ideally you will bring:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptionally strong attention to detail
Be proactive, efficient and results orientated
Be flexible and level headed and able to deal with the unexpected,
Integrity and professionalism at all timesIn addition, you will have proficient verbal and written communication skills and are adept to working independently, and can hit the ground running.
