Details of the offer

We are working on behalf of our client, a boutique legal firm based in Auckland CBD on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the patents and designs support team.
The role;
Preparing patent specifications, forms and instructions for filing New Zealand and foreign applications
Preparing design applications and forms and preparing and filing applications in New Zealand and overseas
Preparing basic correspondence regarding reminders, formalities, changes, etc
Maintaining and preparing client schedules and watching services
Interfacing with clients, as required
Conducting online database searches
Record management and file database maintenance including maintaining a diary system and managing file bring ups
Assisting with travel arrangements
Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, mail outs and functions
Assisting with the Trade Mark team, as required
General office administration and adhoc reception duties

The person;
3 years+ experience working in a Patent attorney firm
Month end billing experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Confidence with a good sense of humour
