The Security Practice comprises 60 plus resources across Auckland and Wellington and includes Product management, Architecture, Design/Build security operations as well as the Risk/Threat and Assurance Business units.
As the Vodafone PA to our Head of Security Practice, you will provide efficient and proactive administration and customer focused support to both your manager and the wider team. You will be the "go to" person and the first point of contact for both internal and external customers and provide top class organisational support to your Manager and other senior leaders. We need outstanding time management and prioritisation skills as well as experience in planning a range of events and meetings.
What Will I be doing?
o Provide efficient assistance and administrative support to the Head of Security Practice and their teams, performing all administration tasks as required and actively supporting them in all areas of their roles.
o Preparing reports, preparing customer presentations, supporting Head of Department with travel/accommodation planning, managing busy diaries and interfacing with Client and Vendor community executives
o Communications/Team Focus - effective email and diary management
o Work alongside functional EA's and other PA's as a liaison point for the functional Leadership Team (FLT), ensuring communication is open between teams.
o Event Planning and Management - assist with the planning and organising of a range of events including off-site meetings, meetings, workshops and similar events ensuring catering and equipment requirements are in place for various meetings and events as required.
o Organisational Accountability - Build positive working relationships with managers and other EA's and PA's across the business, proactively networking with peers in other functions.
o Responsible for organising MobileMe for the respective function, including issuing new mobile phones, repairs and general queries
o Proactively handling purchase orders - including receipts and managing invoicing
o Ensure expenses are done in a timely manner
o Responsible for continuous upskilling and training, which may include completing relevant courses from Vodafone University
What Will I Bring?

o Competent in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
o Excellent time management and work organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in an environment with competing demands
