About The Role:
Your job will be the sole support for the Regional Manager – Central North Island. You will be looking after his diary, travel management, workflow and representing them with managers, staff and external contacts. You will have to handle his inbox and coordinate complaints and changes etc. Responsible for assisting the Regional Manager to achieve their objectives. This role will also be responsible for the overall administration.
About You:
Someone ideally with an admin background who is good at caring and connecting with people.
Intermediate level Microsoft and they use Orbit as their travel system.
2-3 years prior experience working as a PA to a senior manager.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Someone who can connect with and build a personal connection.
