Government organisation seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a permanent opportunity.

Your new company
This large government organisation is located right in the CBD just a short walk from Wellington central train station. They require an experienced Personal Assistant to come on board supporting the group manager of a dynamic team tasked with making a real difference to New Zealand

Your new role
Your support will help provide full and a confidential range of high level assistance and administrative support to the group manager and the wider team. You will be responsible for maintaining the managers diary, prioritising emails and managing phone and written correspondence. Additionally, you will be preparing agendas, producing minutes and typing and formatting documents.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be very experienced in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, along with a mature understanding of highly confidential and sensitive information. You will demonstrate high levels of professionalism in how you conduct your work, hold superior organisational skills, and be highly adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances.

This Manager travels a lot and is busy! So you will need to be self-sufficient, think on your feet and try and stay 1 step ahead!
