We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven individual within the digital marketing space to join the ZURU Toys team and lead our Paid Advertising team on a global scale.
The Paid Performance Manager is responsible for setting the strategy across all the companies paid digital media outputs, and working with the team to execute on effective, data-driven campaigns that directly deliver business/brand goals.
Responsible for:
Working with large budgets across 10 brands in 10 markets
Ability to develop digital strategy, objectives and KPIs to achieve business goals
Work with the PPC team on leading our JBP with Google. Owning budgets, maximising campaign ROI and recommending optimisations
Define and lead Paid Social strategy across portfolio’s and working with the team to deliver campaigns to time and on budget
Create a new Retail PPC team that manages retail media across NA and International for Amazon, Walmart, Target & Smyths
Build out weekly reporting metrics, KPIs and optimisations for all campaigns across the portfolio
Setting and outperforming KPI’s on a regular basis
Looking to add value to ZURU’s ‘digital-first’ mantra at every turn
Requirements:
An analytically minded individual who can build a team to deliver exceptional plans and ROI in this space.
Needs to understand the detail, but also lead in this space, defining our strategy & KPIs
Leader who helps focus & prioritise team around our key organisation goals
3-5 years’ experience in Paid and or PPC space
Experience delivering campaigns at a day to day level, but also managing a team (will have 5-6 members)
In-depth understanding of programmatic and auction-style media buying
Experience in Facebook Business Manager
Experience in Google Ads (predominantly YouTube)
Ability to apply knowledge to upcoming mediums such as TikTok and Snapchat
