To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team to support our Productivity Team as aPerformance and Productivity Lead.

Your main role will be to support the delivery of the site’s productivity and performance goals of improved efficiencies and reduced waste through targeted projects and interrogation of plant performance data. You will also support our Operational Excellence programme through the coaching and mentoring of site project leaders as well as leading broad cross functional project teams from ideation through to completion.

Only people with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered.
We will be reviewing applications over the holiday period and will commence interviews from 11 January 2021.

Key Accountabilities:
Support the development of a Lean culture across all functions in the business
Drive and coordinate specific Performance Improvement Teams to address specific site opportunities by sharing best practice with other sites and using Lean principles across Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics
Champion and support operational change through implementing and embedding improvements
Assist in analysis of performance data and validation of reporting systems to identify areas for change across Manufacturing and Logistics

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (FMCG) functions and snack food processes
Strong Project Management skills
Proven ability to analyse business issues and develop effective solutions
Proven influencing skills from shop floor level to site leadership
Lean Six Sigma Experience (Green Belt Certified is desirable)
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles
Good understanding of data manipulation software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau)
Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, science or a related discipline is desirable
