You will be responsible for managing reporting needs and driving performance improvement. The role provides decision makers with insights and analysis to inform strategy, priorities and operational changes. The Performance Analyst tracks and measures the effectiveness of Business Customer Service Delivery operations and progress against the strategic plan. This includes investigating issues, analysing data and recommending system, or business enhancements to improve service delivery and customer experience.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:
Relevant experience as an Analyst working within a complex business environment
Extensive experience in applications such as Excel, SAS/SQL and visualisation software
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills including the ability to interpret statistical and performance related data
Experience in advising on methods to lift key performance measures within an operations environment
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
You are a team player with a continuous improvement mindset
