Performance Analyst

We currently have a 6 month contract available to work with a large organisation, on the production and analysis of performance indicators, in order to help the business better understand their operational performance.
Key Deliverables:
Lead the design and development of operational performance and the development of non-financial data collection & reporting.
Interpret performance trends and convey this in to meaningful information to the business, in order to support decision making.
Monitor performance across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and ensuring non-financial performance reports are completed on time.
Lead the development of data models to inform decision making.
Drive the development, tracking and measurement of performance indicators in order to meet business needs.
Key Requirements:
A relevant degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
Proven ability to manage and interpret complex datasets, alongside highly developed analytical skills.
Experience using large analytics platforms, such as SAS.
