We are on the hunt for a passionate People Services & Technology Manager to lead our People Services team. Reporting to our Head of Enterprise Change and People Technology, this role will partner with our People and Culture Leadership Team and the wider business to develop and embed people processes, systems and technology that reflects Public Trust's culture of care.
As a key member of our People and Culture team, this role is responsible for:
Leading a high performing People Services team of two that role models Public Trust's culture of care through the service it provides.
Owning our payroll solution and developing a strong relationship with our vendor to ensure we optimise the system through simplification and automation.
Engaging with business users and other members of the People and Culture team to develop a view of how technology can be leveraged to optimise the employee experience.
Leading Public Trust's Employment Relations and Industrial Relations approach, collective bargaining and union engagement.
Providing subject matter expertise on employment and industrial relations within the People and Culture team.
Driving continuous improvement of the organisation's remuneration practices including methodology, timelines and outcomes.
Delivering monthly reporting on People metrics for Board and Executive performance packs.
Providing high quality business advice, ensuring People and Culture are seen as "easy to do business with".

Our ideal candidate will have 7 years'+ experience in people services with proven experience in effective vendor relationship management and delivering people technology improvements that make it easier for people to their jobs. Experience in payroll optimisation is also a must.
